山西五台山，古称“清凉山”，位列中国佛教四大名山之首，为主要掌管智慧的文殊菩萨道场，是中国唯一一个青庙(汉传佛教)黄庙(藏传佛教)交相辉映的佛教道场，汉蒙藏等民族在此和谐共处；又与尼泊尔蓝毗尼花园、印度鹿野苑、菩提伽耶、拘尸那迦并称为世界五大佛教圣地，是佛教的金色世界。

五台山属太行山系北端，地质古老气候独特，因山顶平坦如台而得名；整个山体以高山草甸覆盖，视野开阔；主峰北台叶斗峰海拔3058米作为华北地区最高峰，被称为“华北屋脊”。冬季气温低至零下三、四十度，时有狂风暴雪，常作为高海拔登山运动的训练场，被户外爱好者广泛称之为“大五台”。

中国蒙、藏地区的佛教徒，遍礼全山佛寺，并亲临五大高峰供佛和祈祷，而且形成了固定的路线和日程，即所谓“大朝台”。这条路线自五台山的北大门鸿门岩起，顺时针穿行东台、南台、西台、中台、北台，整条路线形成一个环状。这一路风光壮美，也是户外爱好者心目中身体和灵魂共同的朝圣路线。

2015年7月25日大五台朝圣之旅首次举办，并作为测试赛被冠以【第零界】拉开了赛事序幕。

2016年6月25日大五台朝圣之旅【第壹界】正式在五台山举办，50队团队选手的巅峰对决，使”团队赛”这一全新的越野跑理念根植五台山，华北屋脊五台连穿注入了越野跑的新活力。

2017年6月17日大五朝台之旅【第贰界】除了延续“团队赛“和“半自助型”的越野赛事文化，还新增设了大五朝台组（70km）个人赛和四台逆穿组（40km）个人赛。至此，赛事将不仅仅针对追求速度、装备精良和户外能力超群的顶尖跑者，同时设置了距离较短、用时较长的四台逆穿组，让更多越野跑者体验快速穿越的户越野跑文化和绝美的大五台风光。

2018年6月9日大五朝台之旅【第叁界】将继续延续上届赛制，设大五朝台组（70km）个人赛及团队赛、四台逆穿组（40km）个人赛。

二、比赛规则 Rules

(一)基本规则 General Rules

以下诸多事宜，请每位选手确保在报名前均已悉知。Follow matters needing attention:

1. 6月28日14:00 ~ 18:00为选手领取参赛物品的时间，领物场地位于台怀镇内官方指定酒店，所有选手必须按时到达领取，逾期者视为主动放弃参赛资格。选手领取参赛物品应携带本人有效身份证明原件，及所有强制装备，现场经工作人员核验无误后，发放参赛物品，并由工作人员现场为选手佩戴手环，选手到达终点之前，如自行取下，视为主动放弃比赛资格。手环和号码布同为参加比赛及完赛领取奖杯和纪念品的必备物品；

Location of Race pack collection is at designated hotel in Taihuan Town, from 14:00 to 18:00 on June 28th, 2019. Please collect pack within designated time otherwise it is regarded as disqualification. Please remember to bring identity certificate (passport, Visa or MTPs), all mandatory gears. After checking, volunteer will help participants to wear their race wristband, which cannot be taken off till arriving the Finish otherwise it is regarded as disqualification. Race wristband and number bib are necessary to receiving trophy and souvenir.

2. 大五朝台组个人赛的比赛形式为单人赛；

The race form of Solo division is single race.

3. 大五朝台组团队赛的比赛形式为团队赛，每队2人不限性别，比赛过程中须全程结组共同行进，队内两人之间可进行任何形式的互助，任何一名选手退出比赛将导致其队友必须同时退出比赛；

A Team consists of 2 participants with no restriction on gender. During the race, 2 participants of the team must run together and help each other. If one participant chooses to quit the race, the other participant has to quit too.

4. 本次赛事赛道不设路标，赛会将在赛前为参赛选手提供赛道指南和GPS轨迹，选手需自行准备GPS导航设备，依据轨迹自行沿赛道或固定标志物前进。GPS导航设备将是本届比赛中选手参赛的强制装备；

No signs or marks in the course of Grand Wutai Pilgrimage. The organizing committee will provide course guide and gpx track file. Participant should prepare GPS navigation device, and it is also mandatory gears.

5. 赛道设置多个打卡点，参赛选手须依次通过所有打卡点。团队组两名选手在每一处打卡点必须双人同时打卡，同组两名选手同一计时点的打卡间隔超过1分钟则视为成绩无效；

Participant should pass all check points successively. 2 participants of the team must pass the same check point together within 1 minute.

6. 参赛选手不得使用任何机动或有车轮的交通工具；

Participants cannot use of any motorized or wheeled vehicles.

7. 在公路赛段须在人行道上或靠近路边行进，注意避让过往的机动车辆；

Pay attention to cars when running at driveway.

8. 严禁在野外丢弃垃圾，严禁携带火种，不得骚扰赛道周边野生或放养的动物；

No littering on the course or carrying fire or destroying or disturbing and plants or animals.

9. 本次比赛设置严格的环保检查。参赛选手禁止携带任何一次性水具、一次性餐具进入赛道，含饮用水及饮料的胶袋、塑料瓶或易拉罐等。站内设置垃圾桶，请将比赛途中产生的垃圾携带至补给站丢弃；

Environmental protection check. Participants cannot bring any disposable hydration gears, including plastic bottle, pop can, disposable cup and tableware. If a participant is found taking disposable hydration gear or tableware, he/she should drop them in the supply point and have mandatory equipment checked to continue the race.

10. 比赛当日，选手可由官方酒店乘坐赛事摆渡车统一前往起点，并在起点处寄存包裹。完赛后凭号码布在终点领取寄存包，并搭乘摆渡车回到官方酒店；

Participants can take race shuttle bus at official-booked hotel to the Start, and drop their bags. After the race, participants can collect their bag and take race shuttle bus to the hotel via number bib.

11. 如果比赛过程中遭遇极端天气，导致赛事保障工作无法正常开展，赛会将决定比赛终止，并第一时间通知包括选手在内的赛事所有相关人员，各补给站同时关门并收容后续到达的选手。被收容的选手将直接被收容车辆送回到终点。在收容车辆未到达前所有选手请尽量互相告知，并结伴前往补给站或赛道沿途庙宇等待收容；

Extreme weather will lead the cancelation of the race. Participants ought to help each and take refuge in the nearest supply point or temple to wait the race asylum bus.

12. 因突然到来的恶劣天气或其他不可抗力因素致使比赛不能按原计划进行时，出于对所有人员的安全考虑，赛会有权临时更改比赛路线、推迟比赛时间、提前终止比赛甚至取消比赛。无论采取何种决定，报名费及已发生的交通、住宿等费用均不予退还，敬请所有选手悉知和理解；

The organizing committee reserves the right to change the race route, put off the race time, terminate the race in advance or even cancel the race due to the adverse weather conditions or the other force majeure. No matter in what condition, registration fee will not be returned. Please note and understand.

13. 严禁转让参赛资格，如因转让参赛资格而引起的医疗救援、保险索赔等问题，由转让参赛资格的双方人员承担相应的法律责任。而其替跑行为一经核实，双方将被组委会取消比赛资格。

Race qualification transfer is extremely prohibited. Individuals from both sides who have transferred the race qualification should take the responsibilities of issues of medical aid and insurance claim. If anyone is found of racing with another's race number, both individuals involved will be disqualified.

(二)强制装备 Mandatory Gears

大五台地区具有独特的山地小气候环境，夏季降水的概率非常高，风雨冰雹很可能会成为比赛的一个重要组成部分。海拔2000米之上的山脉已深入云端，阴雨绵绵之时常伴有浓雾，能见度降至10米之内。尤其西、中、北三台相连的山脊(赛道15-25公里段)是大五台地区北侧最高的山脊，易出现强对流的锋面暴雨和强风。

Wutaishan area has a unique Mountain Microclimate environment. The probability of summer precipitation is very high. Wind, rain and hail are likely to become an important part of the competition. Mountains over 2,000 meters above sea level have penetrated into the clouds, often accompanied by dense fog when rainy, and visibility has dropped to less than 10 meters. Especially the ridge (15-25 km section of the course) connecting the west, middle and North platforms is the highest ridge on the north side of Wutaishan area, which is prone to severe convective front rainstorms and strong winds.

比赛不设置换装点，每一位参赛选手必须全程穿着或携带所有赛会要求的强制装备，赛会将于赛前和赛中严格检查，任何不符合强制装备要求的情形，都将导致该选手&队伍被取消比赛成绩。

There are no changing points during the race. Every participant must wear or carry all the mandatory gears. The race organizer will strictly check before and during the competition. Any situation that does not meet the requirements will result in the disqualification of the individual or his/her team.

三、赛道信息 Course

赛道为闭合环线，自起点西门牌楼(2028米)出发，依次顺时针环形穿越西台挂月峰(2773米)、中台翠岩峰(2890米)、北台叶斗峰(3058米)、东台望海峰(2790米)、南台锦绣峰(2474米)，至终点西门牌楼(2028米)止。

Grand Wutai Pilgrimage: Solo & Team (70km)

Ascent / Descent 3618m/3618m

The track is a closed loop, from the Start Ximen Archway (2028 meters), clockwise through Xitai Guayuefeng (2773 meters), Zhongtai Cuiyanfeng (2890 meters), Beitai Yedoufeng(3058 meters), DongTai Wanghaifeng (2790 meters), Nantai Jinxiufeng (2474 meters), to the Finish Ximen Archway (2028 meters).

(二)比赛CP点信息 Checkpoint info

比赛将在每个补给站设置关门时间，关门时间是参赛者必须离开每个补给站的最晚时间，关门时间是根据参赛者到达终点的最晚时间计算得出，并同时考虑到停留所需要耗费的时间（休息、饮食等）。为了确保继续参与比赛，每一位参赛者都必须在关门时间到达以前，离开相应的站点，被关门的选手可乘坐收容车辆回到终点。

ach supply point will have a cut-off time (all cut-off information will be published before the race). If a participant arrives at a supply point after cut-off time, he/she must stop the race and take the shelter car to the finish. The participant will be disqualified and suspended to the race for insisting to continue the race.

 四、报名方式 How to Enter

(一)报名时间 Registration Time

注： 领物时须现场缴纳300元GPS设备押金，可进行支付宝或微信扫码支付，恕不接受现金，赛后一周内原路退还。

Note: Participant should pay 300 RMB of GPS device's deposit, which will be refunded after the race.

(二)报名资格及名额分配 Registration Requirement

1. 大五朝台个人赛报名资格

选手须满足以下任意一项:

①选手在ITRA官网列出的个人表现分≥500；

②过去两年大五朝台组（70km）个人赛或团队赛完赛；

③过去两年四台逆穿组（40km）个人赛在6小时以内完赛。

1. Grand Wutai Pilgrimage Solo

Participants should meet any of the following:

1) ITRA Performance index ≥ 500;

2) Finisher of Grand Wutai Pilgrimage Group (Solo & Team) with the past 2 years;

3) Finish Sitai Counter-clockwise Traverse Group in 6 hours within the past 2 years.

2. 大五朝台团队赛报名资格

每队2人，性别不限，同队两名选手均须满足以下任意一项:

①选手在ITRA官网列出的个人表现分≥450；

②过去两年大五朝台组（70km）个人赛或团队赛完赛；

③过去两年四台逆穿组（40km）个人赛在8小时以内完赛。

2. Grand Wutai Pilgrimage Team

Each team contains 2 percipients who must meet any of the following:rticipants should meet any of the following:

1) ITRA Performance index ≥ 450;

2) Finisher of Grand Wutai Pilgrimage Group (Solo & Team) with the past 2 years;

3) Finish Sitai Counter-clockwise Traverse Group in 8 hours within the past 2 years.

3. 精英选手资格

满足以下任意一项的选手报名将被列为本届赛事精英选手，免除报名费及五台山景区门票，并由赛事方安排6月27~30日间最多4晚官方指定酒店大床房住宿

①选手在ITRA官网列出的个人表现分男子≥780，女子≥650；

②上届大五朝台组（70km）个人赛男、女冠军；

③上届大五朝台组（70km）团队赛全场冠军。

3. Elite participant qualification

Elite participants will have exemption of registration fee and tickets to Wutai Mountain Scenic Spot, and accommodation in large bedrooms of officially designated hotels for up to 4 nights from June 27 to 30. Participants who meet any of the following are elite participants:

1) ITRA Performance index ≥ 780 for male; ITRA Performance index ≥ 650 for female;

2) Men’s and Women’s champion of 2018 Grand Wutai Pilgrimage Group (Solo);

3) Champion of 2018 Grand Wutai Pilgrimage Group (Team).

4. 所有参赛名额在报名审核通过并完成缴费的选手中产生

All entries will be generated by those who have passed the registration and completed the payment.

5. 大五朝台个人赛名额分配 

①第一阶段报名截止后，所有报名大五朝台个人赛的选手分别按照ITRA表现分排名，排名最高的75位男选手和排名最高的30位女选手，首先获得参赛名额；

②剩余选手中综合排名最高的10位选手，获得参赛名额；

③在其余所有选手中随机抽取35位选手，获得参赛名额。

5. Qualification Arrangement of Grand Wutai Pilgrimage Group (Solo)

(1) After the first stage of the registration deadline, all the participants will be ranked according to ITRA performance index. The participants with the highest ranking of 75 male participants and the highest ranking of 30 female participants, will have the qualifications first.

(2) The top 10 participants in the overall ranking of the remaining participants will have qualifications.

(3) Thirty-five Participants were randomly selected from the rest of the participants to obtain the qualifications.

6. 大五朝台团队赛名额分配

①第一阶段报名截止后，所有报名大五朝台团队赛的队伍，同队两人ITRA表现分相加后排名，排名最高的8队男子队、排名最高的4队女子队和排名最高的4队男女混合队，首先获得参赛名额；

②剩余团队中综合排名最高的3队，获得参赛名额；

③在其余所有队中随机抽取6队，获得参赛名额。

6. Qualification Arrangement of Grand Wutai Pilgrimage Group (Team)

(1) At the end of the first stage, all the teams were ranked according to the sum of ITRA performance index. The top eight men's teams, the top four women's teams and the top four men's and women's mixed teams will have qualifications first.

(2) The top three teams in the remaining teams will have qualifications;

(3) Six teams were randomly selected from all the other teams to obtain the qualifications.

7. 有关ITRA表现分的说明如下：

运动员每跑一个ITRA认证赛事之后，都会得到该场比赛的表现积分。这个分数代表了你在这场比赛中的表现评估，最高可能达到的分数是1000分。多场比赛累计而来的表现积分，最终被用来计算出运动员个人的表现积分。（通常分为忽略组别分类因素的综合表现积分或者组别分类积分）。ITRA运动员表现积分是用来衡量运动员速度能力的工具。这个指标能够被用来比较全世界所有跑者的速度水平，包括那些从未在一场比赛中相遇过的跑者。本次比赛参考的为每位选手的综合表现积分。

7. About ITRA Performance index:

The ITRA performance index is intended to provide a tool for evaluating the speed level of trail runners. In particular, the performance index can be used for comparing the speed of runners around the world, including athletes who may never have run in the same event. The index corresponds to the potential speed of each runner on a scale of 1000 points. The value obtained is termed the "score". It is not an index of evenness.

(三)报名流程 Registration Procedure

①本次比赛的选手须登录赛事官网（http://grandwutai.com/）或微信关注“汇跑赛事”公众号进入报名页面，按页面提示填写报名资料；

②资料审核：根据各赛项报名要求对报名该赛项的选手进行报名资格审核。

③报名资格确认：审核通过后，赛会将以电子邮件或短信的形式发送 "报名资格确认函"。

④支付：通过审核的选手可于该赛项指定时间内，选择支付方式，完成支付。

⑤3月31日10:00，第一阶段报名结束，按本赛事规程四(二)条款所列原则分配参赛名额，额满开启候补退出制度。

② Wait qualification verification result;

③ After qualification verification, participants will receive a confirm letter of registration qualification via e-mail or message;

④ Payment: After the payment opening, participants who have passed qualification verification can pay to confirm their qualification.

⑤At 10:00 on March 31st, the registration deadline for the first stage shall be allocated according to the principles listed in Article 4 (2) of the Rules of the Competition, and the waiting list shall be opened when the quota is full.

(四)变更队友\候补\退费  Teammate Change / Waiting / Refund

1. 大五朝台团队赛选手可于6月14日（含当日）17:00之前向赛会申请更换一名队员，新队员同样需符合该项目的报名条件。每个参赛团队仅一次更换队员的机会。

2. 各赛项报名额满之后，有参赛计划的选手仍然可以继续报名，符合条件的选手在完成支付之后将进入候补流程，选手报名/缴费之前，系统会提示选手所报的为正式名额或候补名额。没有候补成功的选手报名费将在报名工作截止后统一安排全额退款。

3. 在6月14日前（含当日）17:00前，已获得参赛名额的选手可以选择放弃名额，释放的名额将按照候补者的支付顺序进行候补。同一个项目将不再受理放弃名额者再次报名的申请。

4. 候补者可以随时申请退出候补，但同一个项目将不再受理退出候补者再次报名的申请。

5. 已获得参赛名额的选手在5月31日（含当日）17:00前申请放弃名额，将退还80%报名费；6月14日（含当日）17:00前申请放弃名额，退还报名费的50%；6月14日17:00后不再接受退款申请。

6. 未获得参赛名额的选手在任意时间申请退出均退还全额报名费。

1. Before June 14th, Participant can submit teammate changing request. The new teammate must meet the registration requirement. A team can only change member for once.

2. After the registration is full, participants who want to take part in the race can still register. If the participants have met the requirements, they will enter the waiting list after payment. Before registration and payment, the system will inform the participants whether they are applying for a formal qualification or a place of waiting list.

3. Before June 14th 24:00, the participant who have already get the race qualification can choose to quit, then a participant in waiting list will take the qualification. Re-registration is not allowed.

4. Participants in the waiting list can apply to leave the list but cannot re-apply to enter the waiting list of the same group.

5. Participants with race qualifications who apply to quit can get 80% registration fee back before May 31th 17:00; get 50% registration fee back before June 14nd 17:00. After June 14th 17:00, refund application will be unacceptable.

6. Participants in the waiting list who do not get qualification can get full registration fee back anytime.

五、奖励办法  Prize

1. 本次比赛的所有组别均不设奖金；

2. 所有完赛选手都将获得完赛服装和完赛奖杯；

3. 大五朝台个人赛男、女第一名，将获得下一届赛事的精英选手资格；

4. 大五朝台团队赛总排名第一的队伍，将获得下一届赛事的精英选手资格。

1. There is no bonus for all groups in this.

2. All the finishers will win the clothes and trophies.

3. The first male and female participants of Grand Wutai Pilgrimage Group (Solo) will be qualified as elite participant in the next edition.

4. The first team of Grand Wutai Pilgrimage Group (Team) will be qualified as elite participant in the next edition.

六、惩罚办法  Punishment

违反任何一项比赛规则有可能会受到计时处分或被取消资格，任何处罚或取消资格均由赛会做出最终决定。

以下为一些违反类别：

1. 乘坐或使用机动或有轮的交通工具

2. 携带一次性用具进入赛道

3. 未按组委会规定路线进行比赛

4. 检查点关门后仍继续比赛

5. 号码布、赛事手环丢失任意一项

6. 未携带强制装备其中任何一项

7. 在赛道上乱扔垃圾

8. 破坏或骚扰任何植物或动物

9. 他人替跑，将号码布给予他人使用或使用他人号码布

10. 大五朝台团队赛中当同队队友退赛时，另一人仍坚持留在赛道上

11. 大五朝台团队赛中同队两名选手在任意计时点的打卡时间相差1分钟以上

Breaking any rules will lead to disqualification and timing penalty for the participants.

Following are examples:

1. Making use of any motorized or wheeled vehicles

2. taking the disposable bottles, cups and bowls to the course

3. Not following the marked course route

4. Keeping racing after the cut-off time

5. Loss of either race number or race wristband

6. Lake of mandatory gear

7. Littering on the course

8. Destroying or disturbing and plants or animals

9. Cheating, giving race number to other people or using other’s race number

10. One participant in the team chose to quit, the other one insisted to continue the race

11. The difference of punching time between two players in the same team at any check point is more than one minute.

七、保险  Insurance

赛会将为每位参赛选手和工作人员购买基础的意外伤害保险，同时也建议选手自行购买更高额度、更大保障范围的意外保险。

Individual accident insurance for all runners and volunteers covering race days will be purchased by the organizing committee. In the meantime, the organizing committee recommends participants to purchase accident insurance with higher coverage.
